Camps must have a relationship with the Atholton Swim Club and campers must have a completed lease agreement and waiver on file before using the facilities. Payments must also be made prior to entering the club. No refunds are issued due to inclement weather.

Pavilion Rentals
General Information (Applies to All Rentals)
- Pavilion rentals are subject to availability and must be requested in advance
- Submitting a REQUEST for a rental does not guarantee the rental. Rentals are at the discretion of the Manager and Board of Directors
- Rentals include reserved use of the pavilion (or portion of the pavilion) only; the pool and grounds remain open to other members unless otherwise specified.
- Pavilion rentals do not extend to exclusive reservations of the grills. Grill access is always shared by anyone at the pool.
- All attendees must follow Atholton Swim Club rules and policies.
- The renting party is responsible for setup, cleanup, and supervision of attendees and MUST be present for the duration of the rental.
- Decorations must be temporary and may not damage club property.
- All pavilion rentals are for 2 hours.
Member Pavilion Rentals
Member pavilion rentals are priced at per maximum attendee count at each tier to account for reserving the pavilion and cover any staffing fees. Atholton Swim Club will staff an additional lifeguard for every 25 guests of a pavilion rental to ensure the safety of all. When the pool is closed, rental fees reflect staffing a manager and the appropriate number of lifeguards.

* Rentals when the pool is closed will be at the discretion of the Manager, in consultation with the Board and are subject to availability of staff. When the party is outside normal pool operating hours, every attendee will be included in the count irrespective of membership status.
