Two Picnic Table Rental

This rental is for a small party. It includes the reservation of two six-person picnic tables and includes 10 guest passes.

General Information (Applies to All Rentals)

  • Pavilion rentals are subject to availability and must be requested in advance
  • Submitting a REQUEST for a rental does not guarantee the rental. Rentals are at the discretion of the Manager and Board of Directors
  • Rentals include reserved use of the pavilion (or portion of the pavilion) only; the pool and grounds remain open to other members unless otherwise specified.
    • Pavilion rentals do not extend to exclusive reservations of the grills. Grill access is always shared by anyone at the pool.
  • All attendees must follow Atholton Swim Club rules and policies.
  • The renting party is responsible for setup, cleanup, and supervision of attendees and MUST be present for the duration of the rental.
  • Decorations must be temporary and may not damage club property.
  • All pavilion rentals are for 2 hours.
